We start our work by checking the geometry of the machine and drawing up a measurement protocol in accordance with the applicable Polish standards in this respect. We then carry out the mechanical and electrical dismantling of the machinery and equipment and transport it to its destination. We take responsibility for the correct labelling of individual machine components and the completion of the documentation required for transfer. We ensure a high level of cargo security during transport. The next stage of the work is the unloading and electrical and mechanical assembly of the machinery. If necessary, we also prepare the foundations and carry out the relevant installations. We then proceed to connect the machines to utilities and put them into operation. Preparation for industrial relocation

Preparation for industrial relocation includes an initial project assessment and step-by-step planning of the transfer. We try to estimate the time for the service, taking into account, among other things, the terrain and logistical conditions and the state of the media facilities at the location to which we will transfer the machinery. We assess the equipment layout plan in the new location and, if no such scheme is available, we assist the client in developing one. We prepare a detailed work schedule and calculate the cost of the service. Once the relocation plan is accepted by the client, we proceed and implement the relocation plan.

Factory relocations are now a form of investment in a business, as they offer the chance to improve its efficiency in a completely new location. The transfer is usually planned for logistical reasons, i.e. for reasons of access to facilities. Sometimes entrepreneurs decide to move machinery to another plant in order to consolidate production centres, leading to product optimisation.
